Accountant Technician

Hello, I'm Marine, Recruitment and Business Development Consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in accounting, finance and payroll. I work on two types of recruitment : temporary and permanent in the Greater Montreal area.I'm looking for an accounting technician for my client, an accounting firm located in Sainte-Julie. This is a permanent position.Duties include : - Maintain the books of a diversified client portfolio- Periodically record closing entries and reconcile accounts and records (bank accounts, sales, fixed assets, accrued expenses, etc.).- Assist in payroll processing for certain customers- Produce GST / QST and D.A.S. reports.- Participate in the processing of compilation assignments- Participate in the preparation of corporate tax returns- Communicate with government agencies and follow up on various ongoing files
