Job description

We're not just looking to fill positions. We're looking for professionals who want to work on projects that truly matter.

We are currently seeking an Electrical Engineer.

Here, you'll work on projects with real stakes: aerospace facilities in active production, critical infrastructure, next-generation green buildings, and complex multidisciplinary projects. In short, projects you can talk about.

You'll work with a team that loves to understand, challenge, improve, and deliver solid results. People who reject mediocrity, take their work seriously, and want to raise the bar for everyone around them.

Our mission is simple: to reduce the total cost and carbon footprint of buildings and infrastructure by making better decisions at every stage of the project. You won't just be executing tasks.

You contribute to transforming complex ideas into concrete solutions, using cutting-edge tools, rigorous methods, and a team capable of delivering on its promises.

We are looking to strengthen our team with:

  • an Electrical Engineer, to contribute to the design, coordination, and implementation of the building's electrical systems.

You will work in an environment where quality, technical rigor, and collective intelligence are taken seriously.

What you will do as an Electrical Engineer

  • Design and coordinate the building's electrical systems.

  • Produce, review, and approve the plans, specifications, details, diagrams, surveys, and technical documents required at the various stages of projects.

  • Perform the required engineering calculations: electrical loads, voltage drops, short circuits, protection coordination, and equipment sizing.

  • Ensure deliverables comply with applicable codes, standards, and requirements.

  • Coordinate with the mechanical, structural, and architectural disciplines, as well as other internal and external stakeholders.

  • Participate in site monitoring, surveys, coordination meetings, and the resolution of technical issues.

  • Analyze shop drawings, requests for equivalencies, change requests, and other documents submitted during the project.

  • Supervise and support technicians, CPIs, and other team members the team.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of standards, Revit templates, work methods, and deliverables.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

  • Member of the OIQ (Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec).

  • Experience in the design of mechanical or electrical systems for complex buildings.

  • Proficient in Revit, digital tools, and collaborative environments.

  • Good knowledge of codes, standards, and requirements applicable in Quebec.

  • Rigorous, autonomous, technically sound, and able to manage multiple projects parallel.

  • Natural leadership, team spirit, and a desire to improve ways of working.

Why choose us?

Because you'll work on extraordinary projects. Because your opinion will matter. Because the team is agile, ambitious, and growing.

Because we love people who want to improve things instead of just following the recipe.

And also because we offer:

  • Pharmacy, disability, and life insurance - because we want you to be well protected, not just busy.

  • Vacation benefits - because taking a break is also part of success.

  • Flexible hours and autonomy in managing your time - we trust you to deliver, without unnecessary micromanagement.

  • Discounted meals - a small detail that makes days at the office simpler and more enjoyable.

  • Company Tesla for business trips - because Even commuting can be efficient, comfortable, and a little cooler.

  • Agile, startup-like environment - quick decisions, ideas flowing freely, and room to make a real impact.

  • Competitive compensation - your expertise is valued, and we recognize it.

  • Innovation, growth, and stimulating projects - you won't be bored, we promise.

  • Truly competitive salary - not just "competitive" as everyone writes. Truly competitive. If you want to grow within a team where technical rigor, quality of work, and collective intelligence are taken seriously, we want to meet you. Salary: $80,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year Benefits: Disability Insurance, Life Insurance, Vision Insurance Paid Vacation Mixed RRSP Contribution Company Events Flexible Arrival and Departure Times Benefits Mileage Allowance
