Help Build and Lead Our Growing Electrical Division

Go Industries Inc. is looking for an experienced, licensed Master Electrician and 309A Electrician to take a leading role within our growing home-services organization.

This is more than another electrical service position. You will help lead electrical work across HVAC, home-comfort, commercial and renovation projects while contributing to the continued development of our electrical operations.

We are looking for an experienced professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, understands how to lead projects properly and wants the opportunity to build something meaningful with a growing Ontario company.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading residential and commercial electrical installations, upgrades and service work.
• Managing the electrical requirements for furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, tankless water heaters and other home-comfort systems.
• Planning project requirements, materials, labour and timelines
• Completing load calculations and reviewing electrical plans and specifications.
• Coordinating permits, ESA inspections and required project documentation.
• Troubleshooting complex electrical and equipment-related issues.
• Ensuring all work complies with the Ontario Electrical Safety Code and company safety standards.
• Supervising, supporting and mentoring electricians and apprentices.
• Coordinating with HVAC technicians, plumbers, renovation teams and project managers.
• Identifying potential safety concerns and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Maintaining accurate work orders, service records and project documentation.
• Communicating professionally with homeowners, contractors and commercial clients.
• Helping establish efficient procedures and quality standards as our electrical division grows.

What We’re Looking For:

The successful candidate will have:

• A valid Ontario Master Electrician licence.
• A valid 309A Construction and Maintenance Electrician licence.
• A valid Ontario G driver’s licence with an acceptable driving record.
• Strong knowledge of the Ontario Electrical Safety Code.
• Experience coordinating permits and ESA inspections.
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Residential and commercial installation and service experience.
• Proven leadership, planning and project-management abilities.
• The ability to organize labour, materials and multiple active projects.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• A professional, dependable and safety-focused approach.
• The ability to work independently while supporting a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience with HVAC electrical systems, heat pumps, generators, controls, panel upgrades or electrical estimating would be considered an asset.
