Position Summary
As an Industrial Electrician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our production running smoothly by installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems. You’ll work with a supportive team, use your technical expertise to solve problems, and contribute directly to building high-quality products in a safe and efficient environment.
Salary: $40.27/hour
Responsibilities:
Install, inspect, repair, or replace electrical wiring, fixtures, conduits, and cabling.
Plan and execute installations from blueprints, sketches, and specifications, ensuring proper installation of all electrical and electronic devices.
Measure, cut, thread, bend, assemble, and install conduits and other electrical conductor raceways.
Splice and terminate electrical conductors efficiently and safely.
Test electrical and electronic equipment to verify proper operation and functionality.
Install, commission, and troubleshoot AC and DC motor drive systems (Parker and ABB experience preferred).
Read, program, and troubleshoot industrial PLC ladder logic (Allen-Bradley experience preferred).
Diagnose faults in electrical/electronic systems and repair or replace faulty components.
Maintain and improve the plant’s preventive and predictive maintenance systems.
Install, maintain, and calibrate industrial instrumentation and related devices as required.
Collaborate with the Electrical/Engineering team on electrical projects as needed.
Demonstrate a safety- and quality-conscious approach while performing all duties in a team-oriented environment.
Knowledge and skill requirements:
Hold a valid electrician license (309A or 442A).
Bring 3+ years of industrial/production experience with machine troubleshooting.
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
Diagnose and resolve electrical/electronic issues.
Communicate clearly with team members verbally and in writing.
Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical and electronic equipment.
