Do you enjoy building trust, understanding people’s real needs, and guiding them through important decisions?

We are currently seeking a Sales Representative to join a recognized and growing company operating in the housing sector. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting clients through a human, professional, and solutions-oriented approach.

What you will do

  • Welcome clients and guide them through their decision-making process.

  • Respond to incoming inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

  • Ask the right questions to understand expectations fully and priorities.

  • Present available options and help clients identify the best solutions for their needs.

  • Follow up throughout the entire sales process.

  • Coordinate certain steps with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.

  • Contribute to business development through prospecting and participation in various events.

  • Keep records, follow-ups, and client information up to date in internal tools.

  • Build lasting relationships based on trust and quality service.

What it takes to succeed

  • Relevant sales experience.

  • A strong consultative sales approach.

  • Excellent communication and listening skills.

  • The ability to manage multiple files and priorities at once.
