Job description

Heavy-Duty Vehicle Mechanic – Pointe-Claire workshop

Responsibilities

  • Perform general and preventive maintenance on heavy-duty vehicles
  • Conduct diagnostics and repairs on various units
  • Carry out repairs according to established requirements and standards
  • Complete inspection reports and work orders
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements

  • Must reside in Quebec (mandatory)
  • Reliable, punctual, autonomous, and proactive
  • Ability to understand and read electrical schematics
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in heavy-duty vehicle mechanics

Assets

  • Valid PEP card (truck or trailer )(mandatory)
  • Must have eprsonal toolbox and tools
  • Valid driver's licence
  • DEP (Vocational Diploma) in heavy-duty mechanics ou equivalent enperience
  • To know to how read, write and count

Working Conditions

  • Salary:(depending on experience)
  • Schedule: Monday to Thursday 5:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Friday 5:30 am to 13:00
  • Shift: Day
  • Employment Type: Full-time
