As the Program Director, you will oversee the program’s overall success and sustainability by managing all activities, leading staff, and fostering strategic partnerships. This role involves executing program operations, budgeting, recruiting participants, and reporting on performance metrics. The Program Director will work closely with the Marketing & Outreach Manager to expand community networks, recruit mentors, and oversee the digital mentorship database. They will also play a pivotal role in securing funding, partnerships, and sponsorships while ensuring program progress is communicated to funders and stakeholders effectively.
