We value teamwork, fun, and achieving amazing results together.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects.Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.Ensure resource availability and allocation.Develop detailed project plans to track progress and communicate progress to both internal and external stakeholders.Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.Report and escalate to management as needed.Manage relationships and deliverables that overlap with other internal departments.Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders.Perform risk management to minimize project risks.Establish and maintain relationships with third parties / vendors.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.QualificationsMinimum of five (5) years of experience in project management.Technical background with understanding or experience in Software Implementations, IT Infrastructure, O365 deployment, and enterprise-wide projects is a plus.Demonstrated knowledge of multiple project management methodologies such as Traditional, Hybrid, and Agile.PMP / PRINCE II certification is preferred.Experience working for a Managed Service Provider or Professional Services organization.Agile Certification (PMI-ACP, ICAgile, or Scrum certification) is an asset.Working knowledge of SmartSheet, Moovila, and ConnectWise Manage is an asset.Ability to interface with technical and business groups.Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for career advancement.Supportive and collaborative work culture.Flexible work arrangementsIf this sounds like an opportunity you would like to be a part of, please get in touch with us.
