Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including assembly, quality assurance, calibration, and supply chain. Foster a culture of operational excellence, collaboration, and innovation. Manage recruitment, hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Collaborate with marketing, sales, finance, and engineering to align team efforts with business needs and market demands. Ensure production meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance with ISO 9001 : 2015 as well as federal and provincial regulations. Maintain a healthy and safe working environment. 10 years of experience in leading high-quality manufacturing assembly operations. Energetic and engaging personality with a natural propensity for strong daily management and leading change. Proven ability to develop and execute a transformative manufacturing vision, with excellent strategic planning, project management, and process improvement skills. We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Director of Manufacturing Strategy & Operations to lead the transformation and scaling of our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing small electronic devices and a proven ability to develop and execute a transformative manufacturing vision. This role is critical for scaling our operations, optimizing our supply chain, and achieving our production and quality goals. The Director of Manufacturing Strategy & Operations will be based in Fredericton, with the opportunity to travel internationally for research, benchmarking and partnership development.
