Job descriptionPartner with Project Managers to scope plan and execute projects Ensure delivery is on time on budget and aligned with client goals Track project profitability resource allocation and performance metrics Address roadblocks and make course corrections quickly Review and refine deliverables to meet quality standards Identify and pursue new opportunities aligned with Forward Creatives strengths Contribute to proposals pricing and client presentations Build and maintain a strong network across key sectors and regions Represent Forward Creative externally at meetings events and panels Provide guidance and support to project teams across disciplines Mentor staff in project delivery problem-solving and client engagement Promote a positive inclusive and accountable team culture Contribute to internal process improvements and agency development Youre a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader.
