Description

  • Leadership & Operations

    Manage the profitable operation of a retail store, with a focus on associate recruitment, hiring, training, and development in both operations and merchandising. Perform all opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth store operations. Execute all operational and merchandising directives communicated from the Store Support Center.
  • Merchandising & Customer Experience

    Maintain high standards of merchandising, signage, and display techniques to create an inviting atmosphere for customers. Protect company assets while delivering exceptional customer service to build loyalty and trust.
  • Performance & Problem Solving

    Maximize sales potential while controlling expenses and shrink. Drive creative problem-solving in associate development, merchandise display, and overall store performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of prior retail management experience, preferably in hardlines or variety merchandise.
  • BIG BOX retail experience is a plus.
  • Strong productivity management skills in freight processing.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a high-energy team environment.
