Within Shared Services – Data Service Delivery, we provide security Masterfiles and pricing data to RBC I&TS core business systems globally. The activity operates 24 / 5 through a Follow The Sun model with presence in Asia, Europe and North America.
Job Description
- Responsible for global price delivery for North America, Continental European and Asian clients (Global pricing model)
- Responsible to develop and create the center of excellence, EDM in Canada.
- Support America’s offshore model through EDM.
- Take on critical role in assisting and facilitation of the TOM for DSD Canada.
- Accountable for the quality of the services delivered & for the management of a team or an activity – First level of escalation.
- Accountable for procedures' validation and implementation and setting clear business objectives for all reports appraisals.
- Promote quality client service by motivating, coaching and developing team members.
- Identify and share development and training needs, design training plan for the year.
