Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Education, Counselling, or a related field. At least 1 year of experience in student advising or education consulting (preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Canadian and international education systems is an asset. Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise students and families on academic programs, universities, and admissions requirements.
- Assist with application processes, including documentation, personal statements, and transcripts.
- Liaise with academic institutions to monitor application progress.
- Maintain accurate records and follow up with students in a timely manner.
- Conduct consultations via phone, email, or in-person appointments.
- Attend education fairs, webinars, and recruitment events.
