Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and prioritize meetings and calls..
- Coordinate travel plans and prepare detailed itineraries.
- Serve as a liaison between Consultant(s) and clients, handling confidential communications.
- Support project management for complex assignments, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations.
- Maintain accuracy in our global database and assist with client / candidate documentation.
- Provide additional administrative support and occasional reception coverage as needed.
