About Our Client

Our client, A wholesaler selling to manufacturers and retailers across Canada, is seeking a bilingual (French / English) Inside Sales Representative to join their established and successful business.

Responsibilities

As part of the Business Development team, the Bilingual Sales Representative will be responsible for performing a diverse range of functions including but not limited to:

Speak with French speaking clients over the phone and develop knowledge of their needs, establishing rapport and relationship nurturing
Take detailed orders from customer and enter the order information in to the database
Interact with clients via email, processing orders and returns
Keep the customer contact data up to date in the database
Notify management of any errors or omissions in orders, as well as relevant customer feedback
Gather and send out samples to customers
Learn about new products and promote those products to existing clients
Stay up to date on changes to pricing (such as monthly promotions)
Utilize sales tools such as scripts as provided by your manager
Achieve targeted number of contacts with clients

Qualifications

The following are the minimum requirements to be considered for this role:

Customer service, inside sales, or customer support experience
Fluent in French, both written and spoken
Strong communication skills with excellent spelling and grammar skills
Comfortable making phone calls and interacting with businesses on the phone
Experience working with in wholesales, retail, or manufacturing dealing with customers
