  • Addressing customer and independent party comments to secure approvals for RAMS deliverables
  • Assessing the RAMS performance of products and identifying necessary requirements to meet targets
  • Reporting on progress while proactively addressing challenges and fostering continuous improvement

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Degree in Rolling Stock Engineering, Electrical or Electro-mechanical Engineering, or a related field (training in RAMS competency will be provided)
  • Experience or understanding of RAMS analysis and demonstration methods and tools
  • Knowledge of engineering processes and safety standards
  • Familiarity with technical documentation in French and English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • A proactive and structured approach to problem-solving

  • Work with new security standards for rail signalling
  • Collaborate with transverse teams and supportive colleagues
  • Contribute to innovative projects that shape the future of mobility

Proficiency in French and English is required. Knowledge of a third language is considered an asset when working with our international partners, suppliers, colleagues, and customers. In Quebec, French remains the primary working language of our company.

We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those under consideration will be contacted.

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
