Acting as a technical liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal teams, this role supports product selection, troubleshooting, and project coordination through to successful delivery.

You’ll be a key point of contact for both new and existing customers—providing technical guidance, supporting issue resolution, and maintaining strong relationships through thoughtful follow-up. By pairing technical insight with timely communication, you’ll help convert opportunities, resolve challenges, and build long-term customer trust.
