Stakeholder Engagement Leader

Ontario, Canada (Hybrid)

Description :

Experienced Stakeholder Engagement Lead to support a strategic Hadoop Decommissioning Program. This role involves collaborating with diverse business and technical stakeholders to ensure smooth transition planning, effective communication, and alignment throughout the decommissioning process.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute a stakeholder engagement plan to drive awareness and adoption of the Hadoop decommissioning strategy.
• Build strong relationships with key business units, data owners, and technology teams to align decommissioning timelines and dependencies.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, status updates, and impact assessments to ensure program objectives are met.
• Act as the primary liaison between program leadership, data consumers, and platform teams to manage expectations and address concerns.
• Support change management efforts, ensuring stakeholders are informed and prepared for the transition to alternative platforms.
