Senior Administrative Associate - Kensington PEI

Must be able to manage a high-volume reception with tact and efficieny to support the success of a very busy office

Your success stems from your efficient support with daily clerical tasks and focuses on excellent customer service. You have the opportunity to be part of a collaborative and motivated team who all contribute to the achievement of business goals.

Accountabilities :

• Answer an expected 100 call reception with efficiency and professionalism
• Greet and assist walk in clients while managing a very busy line of clients calling in
• Reconcile billing statements and payments
• Accurate data entry on customer files
• Complete weekly mailouts approximately 250 / week
• Provide assistance in the coordination of functions and events
• Continuous self-development through industry and community involvement business
