Our client is a manufacturer & distributor and carries one of the most comprehensive product lines in the industry. We are looking for a new Sales Support / Customer Service individual for their Surrey branch.
The position consists of preparing proposals for submission, processing orders and tracking orders.
Good communication skills, self-motivation, and a desire to learn will be required. Flexibility to deal with changing priorities and the ability to reliably respond in a timely manner.
Salary Range is $60,000-$65,000
Principal Tasks
Provides assistance to Project Coordinators, Project Manager and Salesperson with administrative
work as required, including but not limited to the following tasks :
- Create Submittals after Salesperson have reviewed and issued the PBY
- Process Orders from Customer List, Any discrepancies Project Coordinator or Project
Manager to confirm after receipt of approved submittals
