A company specializing in the distribution of commercial printing paper and packaging equipment is looking for a versatile receptionist for a temporary position of indeterminate duration.

Location : Position located in Anjou, in East Montreal

Salary : $21 / hour

Schedule : 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 12 : 00 a.m. to 8p.m.

Duration : Temporary assignment of indeterminate / unspecified duration (or : Long-term temporary mandate)

Parking : On-site parking available

Responsibilities

Reception, processing, and sending of emails and letters, as well as managing incoming and outgoing mail.

Filing, archiving, and organization of documents and files, as well as the preparation of administrative documents.

Data entry.

Qualifications

Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
