Purpose of the position

We are currently looking for a passionate person for the position of Receptionist, to join our team. Working in this warm working environment is more than just a professional experience, it is the possibility of achieving oneself, of being recognized and valued.Permanent full-time day position, 8:00 to 4:00 Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

• Provide a high level of customer service
• Greet visitors
• Assist your immediate superior and other team members with their daily tasks and administrative duties
• Distribute notices to residents
• Ensure adequate communication between staff on different shifts
• Note and following up on all residents' requests
• Receive and redirect incoming calls
• Perform other related duties
