Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Manager at Globe Life AO National. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service operations, providing customer support, utilizing analytical skills, and maintaining effective communication within the team and with customers.
