A leader in Logistics and Shipping is looking to hire a Call Center Representative to join the Concord team immediately on an ongoing contract. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be the first point of contact for businesses and consumers looking to track and trace their shipments. The successful candidate will be skilled at multitasking and genuinely enjoy helping people.
