The Mason Group is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing accounting firm that’s looking to add a Senior Accountant to its dynamic team – This is NOT a public accounting role.
This role is a strong fit for a newly qualified CPA (or very close to designation) who is looking to build a career that combines technical accounting, taxation, client advisory, and exposure to strategic finance work.
You will manage a portfolio of clients, oversee the accounting work delivered by our bookkeeping team, and act as the primary financial point of contact for clients across reporting, tax, compliance, and advisory matters.
This is a rare opportunity to join a modern, fast-growing accounting firm where the work is genuinely varied, the clients are interesting, and strong performers move quickly. You will own client relationships from day one, build real depth across accounting, tax, and advisory, and work directly with experienced CPAs and firm leadership.As a Senior Accountant, you will own the financial relationship with a portfolio of clients. You will review work prepared by the bookkeeping team, deliver high-quality financial reporting and tax filings, and act as the trusted point of contact for client questions on accounting, tax, and finance.
You will work closely with Service Delivery and Client Success teams to ensure clients receive accurate, timely, and well-explained financial information, while building skills in financial analysis, planning, and advisory.
