Location : Various locations across Ontario
As a Corporate Secretary, you will manage the company’s corporate records, ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and handle corporate governance matters. You will prepare and maintain documentation for board meetings, shareholder communications, and regulatory filings.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain and organize corporate records, including minutes, resolutions, and legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare documentation for board meetings and shareholder communications.
- Assist in the implementation of corporate governance policies and procedures.
- Liaise with directors, shareholders, and regulatory authorities as required.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in a corporate secretarial or governance role. Strong understanding of corporate governance principles. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
