Requirements
Education : CPA designation preferred, with a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial leadership role, ideally in the hospitality industry.
Skills : Strong analytical skills, advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage), and Excel.
Knowledge : Familiarity with hotel industry metrics, including STR reporting and revenue management systems, is an asset.
