Peninsula Construction Inc is a leader in the road safety infrastructure sector. Established in 1980, we are committed to installing road safety products with the highest level of safety, expertise, and customer service to help create roadways in Ontario. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Coordinator will improve efficiency in the day-to-day activities in this department by supporting the Operations Manager with the day-to-day administrative tasks Responsibilities Ensure daily accuracy of time sheets, verifying that all personnel and equipment are properly recorded under the correct phase of work and project file number. Cross-reference Geotab logs with time sheets to confirm correct hours and equipment usage. Prepare and maintain a monthly report for the driver incentive program. Assist with monthly inventory counts to ensure accurate record-keeping. Process retail orders and create purchase orders (POs) as needed. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the construction industry (preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Act. High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong teamwork and adaptability. Effective time management and organizational skills. Commitment to health and safety practices.
