Nous recherchons un(e) coordonnateur(trice) administratif(ve) pour rejoindre notre équipe expérimentée, spécialisée dans des stratégies de communication complètes : design, création publicitaire, stratégie média, consultation marketing, et bien plus.

Nos bureaux sont actuellement situés à Laval, mais un déménagement est prévu pour le printemps 2025 sur la Rive-Sud de Montréal, dans les environs de Longueuil ou Brossard. Cette relocalisation vise à offrir un accès plus facile au transport en commun, notamment au métro et au REM.

Nous recherchons une personne flexible, capable de travailler à Laval dans un premier temps, puis à Longueuil ou Brossard dans le futur.

Responsibilities

Effectuer les conciliations bancaires, gérer la paie et effectuer la facturation mensuelle.

Superviser les tâches administratives : gestion du courrier, classement, commandes de fournitures, archivage, etc.

Élaborer des tableaux de suivi pour la planification et les budgets.

Préparer et envoyer des soumissions, gérer les livrables et respecter les échéanciers.

Soutenir quotidiennement la direction dans diverses tâches administratives et projets.

Réaliser d’autres tâches connexes, selon les besoins.

Qualifications

Diplôme en administration ou dans un domaine connexe.

5 à 7 ans d’expérience dans un poste administratif similaire.

Maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Connaissance de QuickBooks (un atout).

Excellent sens de l’organisation, autonomie et gestion des priorités.

Parfaitement bilingue (français et anglais).

Expérience en agence publicitaire (un atout majeur).

Proactif(ve), minutieux(se) et rigoureux(se).
