Ce que nous recherchons

Le(la) Coordonnateur(trice) marketing, Expérience numérique, joue un rôle de soutien clé dans l'exécution des activités de marketing numérique de notre client pour toutes ses bannières.

Relevant du Gestionnaire marketing numérique, ce poste vient en appui au Spécialiste marketing numérique en veillant à ce que les campagnes, les contenus et les programmes soient livrés efficacement et avec précision sur les plateformes numériques.

Dans un environnement dynamique, vous contribuerez à concrétiser la vision marketing numérique en coordonnant les initiatives, en soutenant l'exécution des campagnes et en participant aux efforts d'optimisation pour améliorer l'expérience client sur les canaux web et mobiles.

Type d’emploi: Contrat 12 mois avec renouvellement , temps plein, poste hybride

Lieu: Organisation basée à Montréal-Nord (1 jour par semaine sur site, 4 jours à distance)

Heure : 37.5 heures / semaine

Tâches et responsabilités du poste

  • Soutenir la planification, la révision et l'exécution des programmes de marketing numérique sur les propriétés web et applications mobiles de toutes les bannières du client.
  • Participer à la mise à jour du calendrier de contenu hebdomadaire, en coordonnant les échéanciers et les dépendances avec les équipes internes et les partenaires externes.
  • Coordonner le déploiement de contenu sur les plateformes web et applications de toutes les bannières, en assurant la conformité aux lignes directrices de marque, aux standards UX et à la réactivité.
  • Aider à gérer les calendriers de diffusion et les mises à jour des contenus publicitaires et éditoriaux sur les plateformes.
  • Assister dans la planification stratégique, la documentation et les initiatives d'optimisation des propriétés web et des campagnes numériques.
  • Suivre et compiler les métriques numériques, produire des rapports et formuler des insights pour éclairer les décisions d'affaires.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes interfonctionnelles, notamment le Studio créatif, les Services de contenu, la Marque, la Fidélisation, le Marchandisage, les Opérations et les agences externes, afin de soutenir les priorités marketing.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration des processus, maintenir la documentation et veiller au respect des meilleures pratiques en matière d'opérations marketing.



Qualifications et caractéristiques requises

  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en marketing numérique, coordination de campagnes ou gestion de contenu.
  • Connaissance des canaux de marketing numérique, notamment le web, le courriel, les médias sociaux et le marketing de contenu.
  • Expérience avec des outils d'analyse tels que Google Analytics et Google Ads.
  • Compréhension des techniques de référencement naturel (SEO) et d'optimisation du marketing numérique.
  • Proactif(ve), soucieux(se) du détail et capable de travailler efficacement dans un environnement en évolution rapide.
  • Une expérience avec des systèmes de gestion de contenu (de préférence Adobe Experience Manager) constitue un atout.
  • Excellent(e) communicateur(trice), capable de coordonner avec plusieurs équipes et partenaires externes.
  • Très organisé(e) et apte à gérer plusieurs priorités et échéances simultanément.
  • Analytique et orienté(e) vers les solutions, avec un souci du détail.
  • Joueur(se) d'équipe collaboratif(ve) qui favorise l'amélioration continue et l'efficacité.
  • À l'aise pour apprendre et s'adapter aux outils et technologies du marketing numérique.
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et de communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, en français et en anglais.
  • Baccalauréat en marketing, communications, commerce électronique ou dans un domaine connexe (ou expérience équivalente).

What we're looking for

The Marketing Coordinator, Digital Experience, plays a key support role in executing our client’s digital marketing activities across all banners. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, this position supports the Digital Marketing Specialist by helping ensure that campaigns, content, and programs are delivered efficiently and accurately across digital platforms.

Working in a dynamic environment, you will help bring digital marketing vision to life by coordinating initiatives, supporting campaign execution, and contributing to optimization efforts to enhance customer experiences across web and mobile channels.

Employment Type: Contract 12 months renewable, full-time, hybrid position with mandatory on-site presence

Location: Organization based in Montreal North (1 day per week on-site, 4 days remote)

Hours: 37.5 hours/week


Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, proofing, and execution of digital marketing programs across all banners web properties and mobile applications.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the weekly content calendar, coordinating timelines and dependencies with internal teams and external partners.
  • Coordinate content deployment across all banners’ web and app platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, UX standards, and responsiveness.
  • Help manage routing schedules and updates for advertising and editorial content across platforms.
  • Assist the Specialist and Manager with strategic planning, documentation, and optimization initiatives for web properties and digital campaigns.
  • Track and compile digital metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Creative Studio, Content Services, Brand, Loyalty, Merchandising, Operations, and external agencies to support marketing priorities.
  • Support process improvements, maintain documentation, and ensure adherence to marketing operations best practices.



Required Qualifications and Characteristics

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign coordination, or content management.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including web, email, social media, and content marketing.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads.
  • Understanding of SEO and digital marketing optimization techniques.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with content management systems (preferably Adobe Experience Manager) is an asset.
  • Strong communicator, able to coordinate with multiple teams and external partners.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Analytical and solutions-focused, with attention to detail.
  • Collaborative team player who supports continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • Comfortable learning and adapting to digital marketing tools and technologies.
  • Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills in both French and English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, E-commerce, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
