Quality Systems Manager

What you will do

The Quality Systems Coop Student is responsible for:

Key Responsibilities

· Supporting all aspects of Document Management activities, including routing and implementing: Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, Test Methods, Forms, etc.

· Working with document management end users to provide guidance on system navigation

· Filing completed documentation according to procedure

· Assist with corporate or regulatory audit support activities (document sourcing, review activities, etc) should they occur during the contract term

· Provide insights into process improvements related to document management, and revise applicable procedures as required

Required Qualifications

· Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada

· Currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Science or related program

· Ability to work in Guelph fully on-site during the time of the assignment

· Previous experience in a Laboratory or Quality Assurance setting is considered an asset

· Strong consideration will be given to candidates with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of programs

· Prior experience with a food, water or pharmaceutical laboratory would be considered an asset

· Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Documentation Practices

· Ability to work both independently or as an integral member of the team

· Good verbal and written communication skills

· Demonstrated multitasking capabilities

· Strong personal computer skills

· Enjoy working to multiple deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:$34.000,00 - $49.450,00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
