The E-Volunteer’s Role

As a Research Advisor, you will support Asociación Kallpa’s research on the socioeconomic inclusion of young people with disabilities in Peru. • Guide the Kallpa team on ethical, consistent, and inclusive use of research instruments.
  • Support a simple database or data organization framework for managing and analyzing findings.
  • Advise on interpreting results and identifying key insights related to disability inclusion and youth employment.
  • Review the draft report and provide feedback to strengthen clarity, recommendations, and practical use.

Essential Background:

  • Experience with social research, ideally related to disability inclusion, youth employment, socioeconomic inclusion, gender equality, or community development.
  • Experience with research methods, data collection tools, data analysis, database development, or results reporting.
