AdeccoNorth York, OntarioAdecco is currently hiring a temporary full-time talented and passionate Marketing Communications Specialist : Customer Journey to join our clients’ dynamic team in North York, ON. In this role you will be responsible for the production, analysis, and optimization of one-to-one marketing communications that support all touchpoints throughout the customer journey.

Pay Rate : $33 - $36 / hour
Location : North York, ON
Job type : Temporary | Full-time | 1-year contract with possibility of extension
Responsibilities :
Manage the production of customer-facing content throughout all touchpoints of the customer journey (Welcome, waiting for delivery, vehicle arrival, anniversary, loyalty, renewal etc.)
Work with internal Customer Journey team to support process and strategy as well as analyze monthly KPI dashboard to find ways to optimize performance
Define personalized content strategy and conduct various A / B testing to determine content effectiveness
Collaborate with internal team to define Porsche’s luxury loyalty marketing strategy
Interact with Porsche AG counterparts on centrally led projects and represent Canada at a global level
Coordinate content collection from all relevant stakeholders and manage the production of the monthly eNewsletter that is sent to Porsche Canada’s subscriber base
Facilitate the production of the Canadian ryder insert for each issue of the Porsche Christophorus magazine (4 issues per year)
Work with Marketing Communications Specialist on content for product launch emails as well as special model specific “insider” emails
Manage the production and scheduling of all ad-hoc DM / eDM requests working closely with stakeholders to produce effective content for their business needs while ensuring all content is premium and on brand
Work with the Customer Journey team to define holistic strategy around the use of all CRM marketing channel tactics to encourage stronger, more impactful messaging
Work very closely with Senior Customer Journey Event Specialist and provide brand communications support for all key customer events
Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline.
Previous relevant experience in CRM or loyalty Marketing in the automotive industry or marketing premium brands
Intermediate French is an asset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Marketing copywriting experience is an asset
Strong knowledge of CRM marketing and thorough understanding of the customer purchasing journey
Experience working with data and CRM tools is preferred
Proficient computer skills including all Microsoft Office applications
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics reporting platform
Able to collaborate with various stakeholders across cross-functional departments
Ability to multitask and deliver high quality work under tight timelines
Ability to proactively solve problems and work independently
Ability to manage vendors, agencies and stakeholders effectively
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, general knowledge of content management and database systems an asset
Interest in automotive or prestige / luxury
Valid driver’s license for operating motor vehicles in Canada
