Established in 1987, ComputerTalk is headquartered in Markham, with sites in, Montreal, and Chicago. We are one of the most successful providers of Cloud Hosted Contact Center and Unified Communication Solutions in Canada. Our ice suite of products are used in major contact centers globally. With continuous expansion on the horizon we are looking for candidates who are open minded and have a good attitude and aptitude to try new things.
About You:
ComputerTalk has an immediate opening for a Unified Communications Engineer. The right candidate will be able to administer, analyze, and maintain Voice over IP infrastructure across multiple public and private datacenters.
Qualifications for the Position:
- Microsoft Lync/Skype for Business Server Administration PowerShell Patching Certificate Renewal
- Skype for Business CLS Logging/Snooper
- TLS/PKI Certificate Management
- PSTN Carrier Relations/Management
- Active Directory
- Up to 25% evening/after-hours work required
- Up to 10% travel required

- AudioCodes Session Border Controllers (SBC)
- SIP dialog/ladder analysis
- VoIP Troubleshooting
- Teams Direct Routing
- SQL Databases
- VMware
