Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Regional Commercial Manager & Project Manager, and supporting a regional renewables project from Milton with ocassional (monthly) travel to site, The Commercial Manager is primarily responsible for the efficient and effective management of all commercial and contractual matters.

Key responsibilities will include but not limited to,

• Demonstrable and successful experience in commercial management of projects
• Demonstrated ability in proactively building relationships with key stakeholders
• Ability to review and develop new processes and streamline transactional activities
• Ability to lead and inspire teams
• Contribute to the preparation of contract claims and review financial information
• Management experience (general and operational) with capability to develop business plans and delivery responsibility
• Experience in researching and understanding complex information to develop and implement business solutions
• Ability to proactively manage dispute process with clients and subcontractors.
• Working knowledge of the common law, state and federal regulations and statue as it relates to commercial issues
