Responsibilities :
Identify current waste in manufacturing and administrative processes, design project frameworks, and address them to stakeholders. Support and empower Growtth process owners in the course of ensuring Lean methodologies are followed, for example, LPMS and standard work. Design and realize implementation of Low Cost Intelligent Automation (LCIA). Reduce engineered waste. Identify and drive organizational needs and RPA commitments. Facilitate kaizen events independently, drive quick implementation, and follow up on action lists.
Qualifications :
Leadership skills, bachelor’s degree (example : BSME, BSIE, BSBA) and related field or equivalent experience, excellent interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, communication, facilitation and training skills, knowledge of the Toyota Production System, hands-on experience in Lean Systems implementation, knowledge of Kaizen methodology. Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean System Black Belt preferred. Black Belt Certification completion required within 15 months. At least 5 years of experience in Manufacturing environment (desired).
This role requires travel throughout the region of North America up to 50% from office location. Sites to be covered include Fallbrook (Houston), Lab (Houston), Broken Arrow (Oklahoma), Nisku (Canada) and Stoney Creek (Canada).
