Job Summary
Are you a dedicated and compassionate Clinic Nurse ready to make a difference in clients' lives? Join our expanding and dynamic team as a Clinic Nurse in our state-of-the-art Integrated Care Clinic and play a vital role in our patient-centered approach.
- Provide attentive nursing care to patients with empathy and professionalism.
- Assist in patient assessments, treatments, and procedures.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, ensuring adherence to medical standards and protocols.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure holistic patient care.
- Offer comprehensive patient education and support for a positive healthcare experience.
- Hold a valid nursing license in good standing with the appropriate regulatory body (CNO).
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Check valid within the year.
- TB test (Step 1 and 2).
- Valid CPR Certification within the year.
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excel in a collaborative and fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Have a strong understanding of medical protocols and best practices.
- Proven experience in the Clinical Nursing field.
- Experience with electronic medical records.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.) is an asset.
- Experience with Alayacare Program is an asset.
- Experience with TELUS CHR EMR is an asset.
- French speaking ability is an asset.
