Job descriptionDiploma in Esthetics; Diploma in Photorejuvenation / IPL and Laser Hair Removal; At least two (2) years of experience in a similar role; Certification on clinic-specific platforms is an asset; Diploma in photoepilation is an asset; Languages spoken and written : fluent in French and English; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Adherence to work procedures; Integrity and trustworthiness; Demonstrate initiative, autonomy, and leadership; Show teamwork and collaboration skills; Communicate respectfully, concisely, and effectively.

Responsibilities –
- Perform treatments according to the company’s protocols and standards;
- Implement the treatment plan suggested during the initial consultation with the director;
- Reevaluate the plan over time and propose an appropriate follow-up based on identified needs;
- Advise clients on the beauty routine to adopt alongside the Functionalab product line;
- Perform required post-treatment follow-ups;
- Encourage clients to renew their products;
- Act as a Beauty Coach by building customer loyalty through the development of a trusting relationship;
- Occasionally conduct full consultations in support of the clinic director.
