Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Protective Services, this position supports City bylaw regulations through complaints, investigations, and inspections. Officers use discretion, critical thinking, and customer service to gain compliance. The work includes applying City bylaws, policies, procedures, and related legislation while managing calls for service.
Use sound judgment, clear communication, and regulatory enforcement expertise to resolve bylaw matters as part of the City’s team.
