We are searching for a Manager, Labour Relations to lead this critical function for the Toronto site of 2,200 employees. The Manager, Labour Relations will be responsible for the overall management, direction, and operation of all Labour Relations for the Toronto site.
Reporting to the Site Director of Human Resources, the Manager, Labour Relations directly impacts organizational success by ensuring that labour relations strategies and collective agreements are aligned with and support the achievement of overall business goals.
There are two people reporting into the Manager, Labour Relations and the position is based at the company’s Mississauga site in Toronto.
