The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations, cultivating national partnerships, and ensuring the Network's impact through inclusive engagement, advocacy, and systems change. This role requires a deep connection to the community and a passion for centering lived experience, as the CEO will be a key spokesperson and ambassador, representing the organization with external partners and interest holders. The CEO will also champion a rights-based approach, ensuring that the voices and lived experiences of the community are reflected in the organization's priorities and impact. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have senior leadership experience, preferably in the non-profit or community sector, and a strong understanding of the experiences of the community. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in managing complex, project-based initiatives, and the ability to build and empower inclusive, high-impact teams.
