The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, operational excellence, financial stewardship, and organizational sustainability to advance the organization's mission of expanding access to economic opportunity and supporting workforce needs. This role involves overseeing the development and implementation of the strategic plan, ensuring financial sustainability, and fostering a high-performing organizational culture. The CEO will also serve as the primary ambassador, cultivating relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including governments, industry, educational institutions, and the public. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree considered an asset, and a proven track record of progressive leadership at the executive level. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading organizations through significant growth and change, managing multi-million-dollar budgets, and securing funding from various sources.
