This role requires a passionate individual with a strong background in leadership, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to influence and inspire both internal and external stakeholders. The President and CEO will also be accountable for the organization's operations, deepening relationships with key stakeholders, and acting as a national advocate for the industry. Applicants for the President and CEO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' proven leadership experience, with a professional background that includes government, business, public policy, and association management. While not mandatory, knowledge of or experience in the steel or construction industry is highly valued.
