Job Description
As a valuable member of the RS Catering team, you will be responsible for delivering championship fan service and event execution to guests and clients during a variety of corporate and social events.
- Oversee catering events and a la carte service, depending on business needs.
- Prepare and organize setup outlines, production sheets, and seating plans.
- Ensure pre- and post-service tasks are completed and staff are assigned sections and duties.
- Lead expedition of BEOs, liaising with the kitchen and client / food to the dining room.
- Ensure order discrepancies are quickly resolved in a calm and professional manner.
- Supervise the floor during the event / during service; respond to client & guest concerns.
- Ensure closing duties are completed with attention to detail.
- Document service issues and resolutions.
- Produces post-event evaluation reports, including financial data entry and overall analysis.
- Attend BEO Meetings, stay informed of updates via the change log.
- Lead by example and provide ongoing coaching / training / motivation to staff.
- Assist with other administrative functions, including employee performance reviews.
- Adhere to MLSE service standards and policies.
- Follow all MLSE Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
- Perform other duties as required.
