Catering Sales ManagerOur client, a city luxury hotel in Toronto requires a seasoned and experienced Catering Sales Manager. This position is a hybrid position and would require the candidate to have exceptional experience in catering / event sales. He / she will proactively solicit all sales opportunities especially in the Corporate, Organizations, Associations, Affiliations, Weddings segments.The Catering Sales Manager reports to DOS of the hotel and has no direct reports. The candidate of choice is someone who has a two or three year degree in an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing or Hotel and Restaurant Management and a minimum of three years experience in Sales and Marketing or related professional area.Responsibilities : Building successful relationships that generate event salesManaging all sales related activitiesUtilizing knowledge of market trends, client information and identify new businessMaximize revenue with knowledge of competitor strengths and understands overall market trendsProvide excepltional customer service driving customer loyalty Salary : Base salary $80 k - $90k plus bonus and all company benefits Please send resume and cover letter if you believe you have the strengths and skills for this role.
