• What your day would look like :
• As a role model for all store Associates, you support the management team to achieve daily goals and tasks by directing and redirecting members of the team when required;
• You assume sales floor manager on duty accountability when required aligned with the Business needs;
• You focus on prioritizing our guests and executing tasks related to assigned areas of focus to achieve visual excellence and operational excellence at all times.
• What you have to offer :
• You have a passion for home decor and fashion trends;
• You have experience in a customer service environment;
• You have the ability to lead a team to achieve goals;
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can balance multiple guests, tasks and duties;
• You are available to work a variety of day, evening and weekend shifts, for at least 20 hours per week;
• You are comfortable to lift medium to large items and use ladders (Max 25 pounds).
