The successful candidate will be responsible for :
Assisting lawyers in drafting wills, powers of attorney, and estate documents
Managing client files and effectively communicating with clients, beneficiaries, and other parties, as required.
Supporting the administration of estates, including preparation of probate applications, estate accounts
Maintaining confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions
Performing administrative tasks to support the legal team as requiredThey must have :
Relevant training and education
At least 1 year of job experience
Strong understanding of wills, estates, and probate processes
Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail
Eager and excited to be part of a growing practice and expanding this department
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentCommitment to learningPlease note that this is an in-office role, based in Woodbridge.
