Are you a skilled Forklift Operator seeking full timework? Apply now!

This is a temporary role in kelowna. The ideal candidate will have their reliable transportation as this location is not bus route accessible.

shift
Monday – Friday; 4.00pm - 8:00pm
sunday : 8 hour shift

Wage $24/hr
Tasks include;
-Operating sit down forklift in a fast paced environment with tight corners.
-3 years of forklfit expereince
-Lifting 50-75lbs as required (25% of the day is lifting, 75% operating forklift)
-Working independently and in a team
-Loading and unloading materials on the dock

Responsibilities
-Operating sit-down forklift in a fast-paced environment with tight corners
-Lifting 50-75lbs as required (25% of the day is lifting, 75% operating forklift)
-Working independently and in a team
-Loading and unloading materials on the dock
- Move and handle large and cumbersome freight in a dock environment
- Ensure compliance with TDG, WHMIS, company policies and/or procedures, and customer-specific requirements
- Organize and direct inbound and outbound freight to city and linehaul trailers

Qualifications
-Minimum 1-2 years Forklift experience
-Must complete online safety training that includes Transportation of Dangerous Goods
-Steel toed safety shoes and reflective vest required
-2 supervisory references
-Must have reliable transportation - not bus route accessible
