Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to passenger requests and address concerns with empathy.

Assist passengers with special needs, including children, elderly, or disabled travelers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.

Physically fit to handle the demands of the job, including standing for long periods and assisting with lifting tasks.

Professional appearance and grooming standards in line with airline policies.

Experience

Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or aviation is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Freshers with excellent communication and presentation skills are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours
