Position :
Relevant du responsable du laboratoire, le titulaire du poste aura pour principal mandat de planifier et effectuer le développement des méthodes de fusion pour les clients actuels et potentiels en mettant à contribution ses connaissances en chimie, tant fondamentales que pratiques. La formation spécifique relative à la fusion analytique sera transmise au candidat par ses collègues et superviseur.
Au sein d'une équipe multidisciplinaire (ingénieurs, designers, chimistes et techniciens), le candidat participera activement au développement des connaissances dans le domaine de la fusion analytique, afin d'améliorer son utilisation par des clients de secteurs diversifiés à travers le monde.
Tâches et responsabilités :
- Contribuer activement au développement des méthodes analytiques et à leur validation;
- Contribuer à la qualification, maintenance et calibration des instruments analytiques (XRF, ICP-OES);
- Rédiger (en anglais la plupart du temps) les protocoles / procédures des essais en laboratoire;
- Participer activement à l'innovation technologique et au développement technique de nouveaux produits ou à l'amélioration de produits existants, en collaboration avec le personnel de R&D;
- Effectuer des suivis et offrir du support aux méthodes avec les clients et agents internationaux;
- Participer à un environnement de travail sécuritaire;
- Adhérer aux politiques-qualité ISO 9001 : 2015
