Job Description Perform requirements gathering duties and create and maintain appropriate documentation

At UM, our Project Management methodology is PRINCE2, and our Solution Development

methodology is Solution Architecture-Driven. Prior experience working with Solution Architects in

a collaborative way is required. The Senior Business Analyst works along with the Solution

Architect and Project Manager to form the Project Leadership team. Skill set info Minimum 10 years of experience and responsibility for all aspects of business analysis, including but not

A hybrid work schedule is expected of 2-3 days working remotely, with the work conducted

remotely through a mandatory VPN on a University provided laptop. In person work is required 1

2 days per week. An in person visit to the Fort Garry campus is required on the starting day of

the engagement to pick-up the laptop and for onboarding activities.
