Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI) and analytics platforms. Experience with KPI frameworks and governance models. Familiarity with issue tracking systems (Jira, Salesforce) and multilingual environments. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 2–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Ability to collaborate across organizational levels and support leadership teams. A results-driven mindset with strong focus on achieving project objectives. Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability. Autonomy in task execution and decision-making within established frameworks. Flexibility and agility in managing priorities and adapting to evolving needs. Bilingualism (French and English) is required. Availability to travel occasionally to various sites.

The role we are offering you :
As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive operational excellence, improve customer experience, and support governance frameworks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize reporting, monitor KPIs, and ensure data integrity across multiple platforms.
- Transform raw data into actionable insights that drive operational excellence and improve customer experience.
- Build reliable, optimized databases tailored to operational needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize reporting, monitor KPIs, and ensure data integrity across multiple platforms.
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources (Salesforce, Jira,…).
- Perform root cause analysis on implementation issues and develop dashboards to monitor KPIs.
- Support the implementation of a unified KPI governance framework and standardize reporting templates.
- Collaborate on tool selection and integration for test case and issue tracking.
