We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator Support professional to ensure the smooth operation of daily office tasks. This role involves providing general administrative support, managing schedules, handling correspondence, and assisting with clerical duties. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate records, input data into company systems, and support basic finance tasks such as processing invoices and expense reports. Additional responsibilities will include performing various administrative tasks to support different departments.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Education : High school diploma required.
- Experience : 1-3 years in an administrative support role.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in Google Office products.
- Organizational & Time Management Skills : Ability to multitask, prioritize, and efficiently complete tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication with a professional demeanor.
- Problem-Solving : Proactive and detail-oriented approach to challenges.
- Team Player : Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
Pay Rate- $22-$25 / hour
